By installing or using Stupid Simple Audio (the "Software"), you agree to be
bound by the terms of this License Agreement (this "License"). If you do not
agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. WHAT YOU CAN DO

Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  (a) Install and use the Software on up to two (2) computers that you
      personally own and use.

  (b) Use the Software to create commercial audio recordings, releases, and
      productions. Any audio output from the Software is yours to use however
      you want — including for commercial purposes — with no royalties owed
      to us.

2. WHAT YOU CAN'T DO

You may not:

  (a) Redistribute, sell, sublicense, or share the Software, the installer,
      or any of its components.

  (b) Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract source
      code from the Software.

  (c) Remove or modify copyright notices, branding, or other proprietary
      legends inside the Software.

  (d) Use the Software in any commercial sample pack, preset library, plugin
      bundle, or product where the Software itself (rather than the audio
      output) is the product being sold.

3. UPDATES

Free minor updates within the same major version (1.x.x) are included with
your purchase. Major version upgrades (2.0.0, 3.0.0) may be offered at a
discounted upgrade price.

4. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM,
DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR
OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE
USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.

In particular: we do not warrant that the Software will function without
interruption or error, will be compatible with every host, or will preserve
session compatibility across major versions.

5. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS

The Software is built using the JUCE framework (https://juce.com). JUCE is
dual-licensed under GPLv3 and a commercial license. Stupid Simple Audio is
distributed under JUCE's commercial license.

6. TERMINATION
----------------------------------------------------------------

This License remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate it at any
time by deleting all copies of the Software. We may terminate it if you
materially breach its terms. On termination, you must delete all copies of
the Software.

7. GOVERNING LAW
----------------------------------------------------------------

This License is governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without
regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or related
to this License will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts
located in California.
